If you do not agree, do not use the Site or our SMS program. These Terms are effective as of September 9, 2026.

The following terms apply to the Vision Framing text messaging program. By opting in, you agree to these SMS Program Terms in addition to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

4. Quotes and Estimates
Any quote, estimate, or proposal provided through the Site, by email, by phone, or in person is for informational purposes only and is non-binding until a written agreement is signed by both you and Vision Framing, LLC. Final pricing is subject to project scope, site conditions, material costs, labor availability, permits, code requirements, change orders, and other factors that may arise during planning or construction. We reserve the right to revise or withdraw an estimate if project requirements change or if previously unknown conditions are discovered.

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Polk County, Florida, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
